That time I got roasted in Penang

Before going into why I've been so exhausted lately, I shall share some exciting pigtures of my Penang trip with my lovely boys! Here's a list of things we did while in Penang:

1) Hunt down paintings by Ernest Zacharevic.

Here's a photo of me with a disproportionate boy that's trying to climb into an unbelievably tiny window. How he will fit through that window, I will never know.

You don't know how long it took me to get this shot! For like 15 minutes, Jojo, Dex and I were standing there waiting for the crowd to clear off but they just kept coming! So I took this within the few milliseconds that the tourists were swapping cameras and shit.

2) Cafe hopping (in which I self-declared myself a true cafe lover).

The chic looks like she suits the facade of the cafe, so I took a photo of her along with everything else.

This is the Amelie Cafe. I thought the food was good, though most of it had bacon in it. I ate the mushroom pesto spaghetti though and it was DELICIOUS. A quaint lil cafe. The owners are a little off and might aggravate you a little (cause they're kinda unfriendly) but there's only 2 of them running the whole place so it's not their fault that their rude sometimes.

Piknik! Suuuuuuuuuper kiuuuuuuuuut. I looooooove this cafe! And it serves waffles with smoked salmon! Can I say DREAM COME TRUE?! ♡♡♡

We went right to the end of the shophouse and there was a gig! My sister would love this layer of the cafe. Haha!

Once again, photos not doing justice. Haha! China House! GORGEOUS and seriously effing coohl concept! Layers and layers of different atmospheres! It's super amazing. ♡

Under Behind 50. This cafe is nice to stone at. Haha! Like a place to chill and all. Super like. And the music that they play over there can really calm you down.

3) Watch the sunrise.

Again with the birds. Haha! I'm pretty sure you can count the amount of times I have ever woken up before the sun rise, but I'm not gonna and refuse to state it here because it's embarrassing and I'm paiseh. Our race against the sun was successful though! Hahaha. Managed to chill by the jetty and watch as beautiful colours painted the sky! :)

4) Swim at a beach (Kerachut beach to be exact).

And us before we began our water and sand bending battle. I'm so damn tanned nao. )8 Oh btw, according to the workers, 4 students actually died in the water because they got stung by jellyfish and sunk. And we like mindlessly swam for over an hour without knowing! And on that day itself, I could've sworn I saw a jellyfish in the water. SCARY SHITZ. We're so lucky.

5) Eat.

Only a fraction of the food being consumed during the trip. Hehehehehe! ♡

Had such a great time. Always fun when with mah boys. Haha! Soon, we shall go back to Penang to hunt for more cafes!

Okay so it's been about a week and a half of classes and already I feel tired. My brain is not mentally prepared for anything. )8 We currently have 2 group submissions to complete but it doesn't seem to be sinking into my brain that we should be hustling to complete our work (my body is working but my mind is kinda wandering off). I'm truly scared larh of this semester. We haven't even gotten an assignment for Project Management yet! Oh gawd. T_T

Not forgetting that the red flood gates have opened, which explains why I've been so tired for no friggin' reason lately. Cis so mafan!

And also, one of my best friends is nao studying in America. :[ Still not use to not seeing her often. I think I've filled that void by seeing Dex, Jojo and Yvo every day though haha. But it's not enough! D: 

Anyway, should get back to work. Mental check list:

1) Complete EOL diagrams

2) Complete JUNKED poster

3) Complete whatever else diagrams for studio

P.S. People that I love and care so deeply for (you know who you are), I know you're going through a lot lately and it may seem like the world is ending, but it's not. I'm here for you, and so are your other friends. Will stick by you til the end! ♡
