Celebrated birthdays! After Jas's birthday was Nikki's. :P With everyone's busy schedules, we could only bring her out for an overload of shrimp from Bubba Gump. xD Hahaha! Some more catching up IS IN ORDER.

The weekend then began by having a surprise Zorbing celebration for Bear in which was an absolute success! Hehehe. Our plan was to go SkyTrekking but end up getting lost in Serdang. HAHA! Who knew it would actually work. The fact that we stressed her out (AND Yvonne Tan too) made the situation more friggin' awesome. Her face when we surprised her was priceless! It's too bad I didn't manage to record it. ):

Anyway, zorbing is like WICKED. Such a great experience! We were strapped into this giant ball and then pushed down a 150m long hill! Hahahaha! It was just a roller coaster ride except we got wet and dizzy and it was just an absolute screamfest! xD

After that, we ate and played at DesaPark City. Getting dizzy was the theme that day since we played on the swing for hours. Hahaha! Anyway after that, we sent Simba off and escaped to Engwei's place to bake and cook for the surprise party the next day. :D But apparently, Simba figured our plan out since her aunt brought to her house, packets of Coke and tons of roasted chicken wings. =_= Who wouldn't suspect a party? HAHA! But she was ecstatic nonetheless even though the surprise was a failure. But the party wasn't so she was as happy as a little girl on crack. xD

The surprise crew.

Thanks to everyone for their help and for attending both surprises! :D It was difficult to plan but successful (almost) nonetheless! :D

So, due to jetlag, I'm wide awake now and blorging like there's no tomorrow. After being in the UK for 2 weeks, at my age (I'm not that old I'm trying to point out that I have grown up and am more mature than before HAHA I R WISE), experiencing the people around the countries that I've visited makes me understand why Malaysia isn't the best environment to study in. As much as I love being home, where everything is easy and there's hardly anything to adjust to, I have accepted the fact that Scotland is the place I truly want to be in when pursuing my studies in Architecture. SCOTLAND IS AWESOME AND BEAUTIFUL. I'm sorry for ever judging the place before actually visiting it.
Strathclyde is the number 1 choice for me, seeing as it's the only university I know that accepts 3rd year students (only 'cause it's twinning with Taylor's which gives me an advantage). Other universities accept 1st and 2nd years and also students taking their Masters so it's obviously near to impossible for me to apply for 3rd year unless I have a 4 flat CGPA and an awesome folio but even then, I'd only be considered. So, Strathclyde it is. :D
I love the UK. Everyone is friendly and polite (okay, not everyone but maybe like 90% of the population?). It was a total culture shock for me to be there and accept the fact that a total stranger would spare 10 minutes of his life helping you buy train tickets to Oxford Street. Everyone there is generally, NICE. And I love that. I can learn to be patient and less rude. I can't in Malaysia because I lose my patience very easily here. The people reflect the beauty of the country; I LOVE SCOTLAND AND ENGLAND. (:
Another great thing is that most of my friends are and will be studying in the UK. So I'll be a plane or a train ride away from everyone. :D Not to mention the opportunities for travelling, ALL OVER EUROPE. I AM ECSTATIC. Counting the months to studying abroad!

Posing in front of the yellow submarine!

TEEHEE.

A glimpse of beauty in Manchester; the city of BRICKS BRICKS BRICKS.

So ... have you? :P

Bullring is a gorgeous mall. GORGEOUS.

Contrast of old and new.

"... but you love Ladysmith Black Mambazo!"

Glasgow's shopping district.

View of Edinburgh from the White Castle!

My favourite area. Why?

LIGHTS. ((8

Glasgow School of Arts; aka HOGWARTS.

A mall in Bristol. I don't remember whart it's called. Circus ... something. :P I love the use of materials though! LOOK AT THE ROOOOOOF.

Shopping Village outside of London! My mom (and everyone else) went crazy. xD

It's hard to believe that Rowan Atkinson graduated from this place. It gives out such a snooty vibe. But it's still a beautiful town, Oxford.

Amir; the soon-to-be civil engineer. :P Hahaha! Can't wait to visit you again. CALL ME WHEN YOU'RE IN KL YOU NGOK.

So I'm on holiday. I have 2 weeks left to chill before stress takes over. On the 16th, I find out if I've won the Tech-Style contest by Viewnet, on the 25th of February, my results are out so I pray I did well enough to boost up my CGPA, on the 2nd of March, I have that Goeuthe Institut Exhibition to go to in Solaris (REMINDER TO SELF; CALL THEM BEFORE 25TH OF FEB TO CONFIRM ATTENDANCE) and the rest of the days, I'm free. :D Yay!

Happy Vday JY. (:
