2NE1, BSB & The Heart Tanglung

[EDIT : 3rd April 2013] I actually forgot to talk about watching 2NE1 and BSB live! DAFUQ. So I got free tickets (somehow ohoho) to go to the Twin Towers Alive concert. 12 free tickets, to be exact. And decided to drag all my college mates to go watch 2NE1 and BSB with me. Of course, they immediately agreed cause, heck, it's free and 2NE1 AND BSB LARH WHO WOULD REJECT!

I was so happy to see my queen, CL, live. ERHMAHGERD such a goddess. But was kinda disappointed cause they only sang like 5 songs. :( First, you cancel your concert last December, nao, you only perform for a short period of taim?! Why do you play with my emotions?! Regardless, it was a dream come true. ♡♡♡

Backstreet Boys (or men/uncles/ahjussi) stole the show! They performed almost every famous song from back in the 90's (and I say almost cause I'm not quite sure myself if they sang everything). IT WAS PRETTY WICKED LARH! I mean, imagine everyone in the audience singing sappy every lyric from every sappy song together. AS LONG AS YOU LOVE MEEE ~ It was damn awesome. Words can't describe how I felt. And I knew every song, EVERY SONG. Proves whart a BSB baby I was, gosh. If only Nsync joined up again to perform, that would be EPIC.

So anyway, here are some photos. For some reason, we didn't camwhore. But I did snap a photo with Nikki, cause somehow, in the ocean of people, me and Nikki randomly found each other, and then danced and sang to BSB together like baboons.

The whole of last week was spent making an installation for the VGA Fest in Publika! It's an event that's been going on the whole weekend. I got my friends to join me to design and make an installation, just for the love of it and the installation turned out beautifully. Really proud of it, especially since we managed to display it in a proper exhibition, for once. You can read more about the concept and stuff HERE, cause I'm too lazy to go into details. Haha.

I also submitted an illustration along with Jas and it got chosen to be displayed in the Rumahku Exhibition! Hooray! A lot of amazing news for me these passed few days eh?

So much technology used for the exhibition. Our installation is so primitive and cheap! Haha. We barely used any techno stuff other than LED lights, which is barely anything. Everyone else had motion sensors and projectors and shit.

Oh forgot to mention, I got news that my dean nominated me for valedictorian. It's pretty much an freakin' honour to even be nominated larh ok. Wth! But I have to audition for it. So ... I'm suppose to write a speech and prepare to compete with other nominees this Wednesday. Lets hope for the best! I hope I'll get chosen, it'd be really great. Do I have whart it takes? Do I have confidence in my self? Praying I do!
