On the first day of the trip, we traveled via bus on a 5 - 7 hour trip from my campus to Georgetown. It was the worst bus ride experience of my life. I've ridden on buses to EVERY WHERE before but this was seriously the worst only because the bus was old, smelly and felt like it belonged to a convicted murderer. The driver actually looked like someone with a history of some sort of crime. Throughout the trip, he kept playing loud and depressing Malay music. GAWD.
Anyway enough about that. Whilst there, we got to see many of the historic buildings that my group and other's had to measure. My building is Cheah Kongsi and ... I'm happy I'm in the communications team cause CAD-ing that building would probably make my hair drop off completely. Not that I'm any good at AutoCad; hence the C+. So I'm in the group that's in charge of researching, interviewing people, writing reports and etc. I definitely prefer writing reports that CAD-ing. LOL! Didn't do much measuring. Teehee. ((:

This is the Cheah Kongsi. LOOK AT THOSE ORNAMENTS. GASP. Most of the groups that visited the Kongsi House were like "WTFHLMAO your building is so complicated haha". Boo! Lol. It's pretty difficult looking for information on this building too! The Cheah's are friendly but pretty kedekut when it comes to story telling sigh. And also, when I was observing the building, I seriously couldn't guess how the structure worked. LOL! I have to do some massive researching man.

This is Bob! He says HI.

The one night we camwhored. After that, my camera was filled with pictures of buildings and ONLY, buildings. THIS IS MY LIFE IN ARCHITORTURE SIGH.

I may have won a prize from the Cool Art competition I was forced to enter last semester. Hoyeah ... ? Lol. I got things in the mail today. One of which being an invitation to an exhibition by the Goethe-Institut in Solaris Hartamas next March. This is suppose to be some sort of grand reveal on who won the Cool Art contest. So I may have won or may not or whatever shit. Haha.
In other news, I got my peacock necklace and waterproof Lomocam today! :D The necklace is very pretty and the lomocam, I've decided to name Grinch because it is green and it arrived before Christmas. Yay!

I told my mom that I'm gonna stay in Malaysia next year. She seemed relieved. HAHA. Whatheck.
Need to run errands! Send Jack to the workshop. Develop film. Spend time with hubby (is this an errand? LOL). RESEARCHHHHH. Gah.
Christmas is on Saturday! To friends who celebrate it, Merry Christmas hohoho! :D
