Today is a Tuesday

Went to Kuching last week with a few of meh college mates. :D Had so much fun. Twas extremely exhausting 'cause we went every where and saw everything there is to see in Kuching. But as tiring as it was, our energy was always boosted up by consuming on Kuching's best dishes - Sarawakian Laksa, SEAFOOD, SEAFOOD SEAFOOD. I ate so much man! I could cry from being too happy! But I lost a kilo. WTF.

At the Crocodile Farm! :D

One of my favourite places to visit was probably the Fairy Cave. WTF man it was so out of this world! Seriously! You could actually imagine fairies living in such a place. I kept chanting in my head, "I do believe in fairies, I do, I do" , just to see if Tinkerbell would suddenly magically appear right in front of my face. To my surprise, she did not.

Fairies?!

I must say, even though Sarawak is 2 hours away via plane, it's such a different atmosphere over there. Everything seems to slow down, the air is fresher, the sky is bluer, the clouds are fluffier. It's so chilled and relaxing. I especially love the sky! Oh gosh all kinds of clouds can be seen there. And too make things easier for myself, I've named a few of the skies you are able to see in Kuching - Paddle Pop sky and the Simpsons Sky.

The Blue Lake was practically a mirror! This is known as, the Paddle Pop sky!

And also, the RWMF was great. It's a new experience I suppose. Dancing and singing to music that I don't understand isn't new, but doing it in an ocean of people who are either half drunk, tipsy or hyper was interesting - not forgetting the mountains of MUD everywhere! Wakaka. The smell of Heineken, mud and sweat was enticing (not really).

Yay for mud!

We stayed at Damai Puri; a resort right beside the mountain, ocean and beach. The impact of the environment was similar to that of Redang. Sigh sungguh bagus. ♥

I have trademarked my silhouette hair pose. LOL!

Goodbye Kuching! Even as we left, the clouds were gorgeous. Gawd I just wanna sleep on them.

After arriving back from Kuching, I went for a facial (in desperate need of relaxing and massage) and then headed to Wern's place to watch Fifa finals. BOO SPAIN WON BOO I DON'TZ LIKEZ THIZ! Anyway, twas great meeting up with former Inaians. (: Got to eat tons of Sarah's famous tuna sushi, reminisce, ride on Vicky's rad motorbike and laugh laugh laugh. I miss you guys. ♥
