The storm of rotten eggs and flour ... !

So, even in the midst of the hullaballoo that is deadlines and assignments, we still had the time to celebrate Ramin, our very own big, karate champion, Persian man's birthday yesterday. We through him a surprise party, which was indeed, priceless! :D

On the same day, around lunch, Nesh was nice enough to call practically everyone to tell us about the surprise party. Everyone then met up at the venue, KIMCHI, for the awesome surprise. Me, being the neurotic female that I am, went to drag Mushroom to the event and of course, arrived earlier than everyone. Even Cha Cha, who actually lives in the apartment, came later. LOL. Oh well.

Waited for about 2 hours for everyone to arrive while devouring food filled with preservatives and monosodium glutamate. I could feel my body losing what's left of it's stamina! HOORAY!(?).

So, after much waiting, noise and planning, Ramin finally arrived to KIMCHI and was brought to Pua's considerably tiny room, where about 16+ of us were squished together like sardines in a can (but with sweat as a substitute for tomato sauce) to be surprised!

WOO!

Mission accomplished! We made him cry aww. <3 After all that, we "tempek"-ed him with eggs (1/6 of the 30 eggs were rotten) and flour! According to Izzat, it was suppose to be a way of introducing him to the High School traditions of Malaysia (although I don't remember anyone I know every getting "tempek"-ed with under-developed chicken babies). Wahaha! Oh lordy, did we smell bad afterwards. LOL! Spent some quality time with the mates, playing Underground, Heart Attack, eating disgustingly juicy burgers and laughing/screaming 'til our throats bled.
