Okay so my blorg has been unusually depressing lately, due to some personal matters, but I am back up after being kicked and dragged down by an evil force, am stronger and ready to take the world head on!
Countdown was spent with my beloved blubber of love! We went to DPC, our favourite little place, spent hours taking photos of everything that was even remotely mobile (including ourselves), ate, exercised (lol) and practically stared blindly into space 99.99% of the time while waiting for the hours, minutes, and seconds to pass by agonizingly slow. Even though time seemed to have stood still, I loved being with hubby <3 We had gallons of fun, just by sitting on the floor in front of the Steamboat, staring at the many different types of clothing people wore, and observing a fairly large man trying to vandalize the floor tiles by using foam snow in a can (pfft). Next year, we shall do the same! Okay baby? (:

The normal camwhoring. (:

Read the fine print. If you cannot, it says "Please clean up after your pet". Unfortunately, I forgot to bring my doggie bag.

I was surprisingly on fire when it came to circus games that night. Won 2 prizes! The clown was trying to challenge me but failed miserably. Wah ha ha!

The eye wear made me feel hip.

Happy 2010!

The first photos Jack shot for 2010 happened to be Fen and Priest as Austria and Spain respectively! It was the first time I ever had a (not-very-serious) photo shoot with (mildly) serious cosplayers! :D 'twas very interesting! I partnered up with Qissu who brought along Depp90 for the extreme massacre. I'm pretty satisfied with the shots I got but I can definitely do better.
Note to self : Improve on photography. I simply MUST get the tutorial book for my camera and save up for flashes and lenses.
Our first destination for the day was Full House in S. Pyramid. I've been there too many (exaggeration) times and yet I still adore that ultimately white restaurant! So much food for less than RM20?! How can I not adore such a glorious place! *eyes sparkle* We were lucky that the food that was served had a very fancy presentation. It blended well with our European concept!

This is Fen as Austria.

This is Priest as Spain.
Afterwards, we headed to the SS12 lake to shoot Fen in her dramatically emotional poses; the wind that blew that evening really added to the effect we were looking and praying for! There was no blue sky though (Malaysia is always smothered by clouds during that time) so that was a downer, but over all, the results were marvelous! :D
I didn't have the chance to use my telephoto lens. D: The next time, I shall shoot people with my glorious lens. Next time ~ <3

How romantic ~ One of the many millions of photos I shot.

My hair is evidence of the presence of wind!

Qissu, having romance explosion with Depp90!

The very impractical transparent umbrella that was used as a prop. <3
We headed to Street Cafe afterwards for some Korean chow. Yums. I approve of any restaurant that replays Korean music 24/7 as entertainment. <3
My sister is lecturing me about politics. My God WHY. Okay bai.
