First of all, I passed my JPJ test! I am now a legal driver, with no license, but I do have a piece of paper with proof of my passing grade! :D Yay! Now I can drive to college without my mom on my side, nagging me about being punctual when going and leaving classes.
Unfortunately, Jas didn't pass, because of the most ridiculous reason ever. I've come to the conclusion that her examiner is racist, because according to Jas, he was pretty mean to her, but I got the same examiner and he was so nice to me, he made small talk about how tall I am. -.- Idiotic larh! It's so unfair. The reason for Jas failing is stupid too! According to the examiner, Jas didn't drive to the left side of the road and that meant that she wasn't allowing cars behind her to cut her and drive to the front, but fyi, it was a two lane road with each lane having vehicles driven on in opposite directions, and a double line in the center as the separator of the lanes! Every person knows that firstly, on a one lane road, nobody is allowed to cut line, and secondly, the double line CLEARLY states that there is no CUTTING of lines on that particular road! What the hell! Jas shouldn't have failed, it was unfair, totally unfair. In conclusion, the examiner has something against Chinese full stop.
Bitch.
Anyway, Disney on Ice was spectacular! How orgasmic (ew). As usual, the girls and I screamed for every toss and turn, every spin and jump. Why wouldn't we? Mulan was doing kung fu on ice! Who wouldn't scream their heads off to that? Hehe. Jas and I were prepared with some $$. It was Nikki's first time watching DOI so she came with like RM10 with her. :P Jas and I bought overpriced cups <3 3="" adorable.="" br="" cups="" doi="" eee="" geek="" have="" i="" now="" snort.="" so="">

Headed over to Jas's place because I was too lazy to go back home. LOL. Stayed up late into the night chatting with Daniel, who is in fact, as LALA as we are. :D Here's the proof.

Habis lah maruah you Momo. :P EXPOSED! HAR HAR.
So, started college this week! Woh my. My campus is small, but so confusing. Block A1, Level 3A blar blar you could get lost, seriously. I did. :P I made friends (or acquaintances) with a girl from Sabah named Charina, and a old SU schoolmate, Tunku Danial. They're quiet people, which made me a quiet person. Awkward, lost and quiet. I hate such feelings. I'm pretty sure it'll be better once I start classes. (:
Oh I mentioned Tunku Danial right? I find him hilarious in a stupid way. He's nonchalant and expressionless when he speaks! So when he tells a joke, I can't help but laugh at his expression! He's like a stylish, handsome robot. How fun. Can't wait to get along with you (uh hehe hopefully?).
Oh and you wouldn't believe what I found in my piles of files in my laptop! The Merdeka speech I wrote last year! :D Nah, baca if you feel like it.
What Merdeka means to Me
Good Morning Pn. Zarina, Board members of Beaconhouse Sri Inai, Pn. Hasnah, Mr. Xavier, teachers and my fellow Inaians. My name is Sarah Ahmad of 5 Edison, and this morning I’ve been given the honour to talk about What Merdeka means to Me.
Many decades ago, Malaysia was a country formerly known as Malaya. To westerners, we were merely villagers on a lump of land located on the equator of the earth. But in 1957, at the Stadium Merdeka in Kuala Lumpur, our first prime minister, Yang Di-hormat Tunku Abdul Rahman, led the large Malaysian crowd to proclaim Malaysia’s independence by pronouncing “Merdeka!” 7 loud and proud times, as the British flag was replaced with the new 4 coloured Malaysian flag, Jalur Gemilang, that now, still flies at the top of the Flag Pole in K.L. From then on, the abilities and potential Malaysians were noticed by people from countries all over the world.
31st August, our Independence Day, is a day of colourful and cheerful celebration. It is to remind ourselves of the freedom we have in the palm of our hands, a day where every one of different cultures and races come together to rejoice.
What does Merdeka mean to us? This is a question with many answers that are both different and unique. For many people, it means the choices you’re able to make as an individual, regarding religion, education or even politics, and the freedom to choose your own future. For others, it means having a bright future, knowing that we are an independent country and that nothing in the universe could stop us from being what we currently are. It could even mean something as important as peace.
As a teenager and a Malaysian, opinions always miraculously appear in my mind about Malaysia’s independence and what it means to me. To me, Merdeka means, living in unity with Malaysians of different culture, colours and backgrounds. Being able to accept people for who they are, instead of what they are. Every year, regardless of our ups and downs we, as a country, on that one very special day, the 31st of August, we, Malaysians, rekindle and experience the flames of patriotism by celebrating our best achievement, independence.
We now celebrate 51 years of happiness, harmony, and development amongst youths and the elderly citizens of Malaysia. I feel proud when I think of what our former leaders have done for us. They deserve the respect they’ve earned for their hard work, dedication and determination for the country. They’ve done much to improve our country. The ideas they’ve come up with such as Wawasan 2020 and the sacrifices they’ve made further develop our economy and our grand political ambitions. And also, we common Malaysians have also accomplished much throughout the years. Congratulations Chong Wei for the Gold Olympic medal.
At the same time, I know many of us constantly look into the future of our lives and of Malaysia. Who knows? Maybe one of us could be the future prime minister or even the future leader of Malaysia. Together we must develop and improve our already progressing country.
This day is a remembrance of our freedom, something that every Malaysian should never forget. One should always be patriotic, and one should always ask, what does Merdeka mean to me? But more importantly, we should ask ourselves “What can we do for Malaysia? What can we do to protect and defend our independence and our country?”
I’m Sarah Ahmad.
Thank you for listening and have a good Merdeka Day Celebration. (:

P.S. Po just pointed out something superbly stupid that I did last year. In my speech, I wrote "Congratulations Chong Wei for the Gold Olympic medal." HAHAHAHA HE DIDN'T WIN GOLD! Oh well whatever. xD
